Weenie Race Info

Distance: 5.86 miles (You have to carry a hot dog the whole time)

Elevation: 1300 feet of gain

Runners will start at Slate Canyon Trailhead, Provo UT run to Rock Canyon across the Bonneville shoreline trail. Then they’ll run back to where they started.

The Weenie Race starts at Slate Canyon Park in Provo, UT and runs across the Bonneville Shoreline Trail to Rock Canyon Park. The participants will then run back along the same path to the finish line near the entrance of Slate Canyon Park. Participants will run with a hot dog the whole race. 

There will be a mass start. 

Music players are not allowed while running. If you don’t bring your hot dog back to the start then a 45 min penalty will be added to your time.
